Laurel死了,Diggle和Thea也離開了星城,在綠箭俠團隊人手不足的情況之下,

Oliver必須單打獨鬥保護市民們。雖然有Felicity當後盾只是罪犯越來越多,

行俠仗義的”菜鳥”也不少,但Oliver還是招架不住。

儘管那些”菜鳥”想要學習綠箭俠保護市民,不過他們實在越幫越忙….

Felicity意識到Oliver無法同時兼顧市長與行俠仗義重責大任,於是建議他”找幫手”,

卻被Oliver一口拒絕了。

當一個無法無天的新罪犯Tobias Church(Chad L. Coleman)出現後,

Oliver決定重新考慮Felicity的建議,也許事情會有轉機。

在回憶情節裡,來到俄羅斯的Oliver遇上俄羅斯黑手黨。
