Cisco和Kamila告訴閃電團隊,他們將離開中心城,但是Barry、Iris 和Caitlin卻沒有足夠時間與心理準備接受這個消息,因為一個新版本的「彩虹大盜Rainbow Raider」 (Jona Xiao)來到城裡作亂,團隊必須聯合起來,”最後一次”為中心城而戰。

Cisco會在本季季終集再出場。

舊版的「彩虹大盜Rainbow Raider」(Paul Anthony)最先在1×8與《綠箭俠》的交叉集登場,此人擅長控制人的情緒藉此搶劫銀行。閃電俠逮住他後將其關押,但隨後在冰凍隊長破壞超能力者囚犯轉移時,他順勢逃脫。
