Barry瞬間喪失了自己的加速能力,當星空實驗室裡的眾人焦急地為Barry尋求解決之道時,

Farooq竟然找上門來並指責Wells博士必須為他的”異能”負責,現在Barry無能為力”保護”眾人,

究竟星空團隊該如何保護自己呢?時鐘王Tockman來到中星城警署綁架了一些人作為人質,

Joe和Iris也在其中,當Iris深信閃電俠會來解救他們的同時, Eddie也有自己的營救計畫。
