一個家族老友Jessica Danforth (Jeri Ryan)告訴Oliver與 Thea她想競選Starling City市長一職之後,

有鑑於前面三個市長均死於非命, Oliver與 Thea必須負起保護市長參選人的重責大任。

同時,使用復活泉Lazarus Pit的後遺症開始顯現在Thea身上。

Felicity除了要管理龐大的企業之外還得期待新來的員工Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum)有所作為。
