在參觀一處婚禮場地之後,Shaun和Lea遇上一起可怕車禍,一位懷孕的年輕媽媽Alma (Natalee Linez)受了重傷必須趕緊送醫。

送往醫院治療後,Alma的情況惡化, Shaun、Lim和Jordan被迫讓嬰兒提早出生。
