Andrews為一個來自寄養之家的孩子做治療,他身上有著持續性的傷痕;Shaun與團隊則依靠Lea對汽車的專業知識,治療一位鐵肺(一種人工呼吸器)破裂的病人。同時,一位病人的外甥女,對Shaun產生了興趣,她是個紀錄片製作人。
